Open Question: help fix mechanic problems and grammar?
At every family gathering, there is a cousin that is always drunk. This cousin will be the one trying to get alcohol from everyone at the gathering. This reminds me of my cousin Jeremy. He usually brings alcohol to the gathering, but when the alcohol is gone, which is at the beginning of the event, he starts to beg. He loves the attention and tries to kiss on everyone that passes his way. He is always asking to borrow money from me to go to the store. He hunts for my uncle’s car all the time to go get him a twelve pack of beer or two at the corner store nearby. When he asks my uncle for his car, everyone automatically knows what he is asking for. Do not ever try and take his alcohol away from him, because he will get highly upset and may want to fight. Also, he is always trying to talk to someone in the family. He tried to talk to our cousin Samantha and everyone was telling him they were cousins, but he did not care because he was so drunk. He is the one that ruins the family event and makes everyone tired and ready to go home.

Open Question: Is there a way to get out of our lease early?
We are currently renting a house, our landlords brother is living in the house that is right next to ours. The problem is my neighbor! He has 2 dogs who live outside they bark all day and all night! They leave there dog droppings and only clean them up maybe once every couple of weeks. When a warm day comes along the smell is horrible! He just became layed off from his job and now spends alot of time outside blasting his car radio to the point where i can hear every word the song is saying! All while my 16 month old child is asleep! We also had a problem with him harassing me, he came over one day while my husband was at work which was ok nothing unusual he was acting weird and said he liked to take his clothes of i said OK?? he said do you like to take your clothes off? I said NO! then he wanted to look at my movies seen as we have all my sons movies in the front of our entertainment center i told him the good movies are in the back. I’ll get back to that in a minute. So he kept calling me over the next couple of days after that even once while he was at work and left me a voicemail that said he wanted to come spend time with me??!! I am a happily married women and have never had a problem with any of my husbands or my guy friends doing things like this so my husband had a talk with him and our neighbor lied about everything! So we had a group converstion with him his girlfriend my husband and I he looked me straight in the eyes and told me he never did any of that stuff and that i was the one acting funny seen as i told him the good movies are in the back! Honestly how did he think that was acting funny seen as it was nothing but cartoons in the front?! And the whole time he was over here I was on the computer and texting my mother and bestfriend to call me because my neighbor was acting weird! More than that happened but i’m already writing a long question so i’ll let that be. His brother our landlord claims he is slow… we have had them over for parties and such and i dont see it and if that is the case then why is he allowed to legally carry a gun for hunting?? We have addressed all of these issues with both our neighbor and landlord but nothing is being done and his brother claims he is just slow!! The other problem is, is that our landlord is a friend of ours, when my husband got out of the military he said he would rent us a place to make it easier to move back home but stressed that even though we are friends we are to have a professional tenant landlord relationship and we agreed! we paid for 6 months full in rent plus deposit and now are paying rent on time. We are holding up our end on top of that have helped him out with improvements at our cost. If this was any other tenant that wasnt his friend I dont think this would be happening! Is there anyway to legally get out of this? And sorry this was so long but had to get my point across!!

Open Question: Have you ever seen a ‘Ghost cat’ ?
In the end, Hannibal did not administer the fatal bite to his mate’s neck. And Jao Chu did not immediately kill their offspring, as is often the case. And so, early yesterday, despite murderous tendencies in the captive species, two newborn clouded leopard cubs were found alive, well and squealing at the National Zoo’s Conservation and Research Center in Front Royal, Va.

They were taken immediately from their gorgeous mother before she could do them harm, or do them in, placed in an incubator set at 88 degrees and fed salt water from baby bottles. Born with dappled, reptile-pattern fur, they were the first such births at the zoo in 16 years. Their births were a coup, and the end of a complex reproduction saga involving an exotic, endangered and beautiful species of animal that experts call the ghost cat.

It was also a genetic home run: The zoo said the cubs’ genes, which come from outside the captive population, make them among the most valuable clouded leopards in North America. “Genetically, they’re the most valuable animals outside their home range,” said Ken Lang, a zoo expert on the species, because their genes stem directly from the wild. “These are totally new genes.”

The births are thus a heavy responsibility. The precious cubs must be hand raised by the zoo’s staff to guarantee their survival. “It’s scary,” said Lang, the center’s mammal unit supervisor. “It’s a lot of pressure. . . . We haven’t had babies for 16 years.”

The clouded leopard is native to Southeast Asia, the zoo said. It is about the size of a medium-weight dog, with a small head, luminous eyes and long, white whiskers. It has weird black and tan spots that seem to blur into each other, huge paws and an extremely long tail.

It is an acrobatic climber and can walk on the underside of tree branches or vertically down a tree trunk, the zoo said. And it has unusually long, sharp teeth that resemble the fangs of a poisonous snake.

But the leopards are endangered in the wild and are hunted in Asia for their beautiful pelts.

FriendFeed To people who say you can’t legislate against corporate greed, I say pish posh, that’s exactly what regulation is about. Turn greed in to a crime wherever and whenever it happens and you’ll stop greed. Greed is not good and should not be a desired or rewarded component of an economic system.
