Open Question: Am I doing right by not contacting her anymore?
Ok, I was dating a girl for almost 2 months. We were great friends before we ended up in a relationship. I have known her for over a year and a half. She and I had been in a few relationships since the time we began knowing each other.

I thought things were progressing good, even though I didn’t totally feel connected yet, we had alot of things we bonded with. I loved her kids and being around her. We laughed and joked all the time.

Without going into many details, one night after a boring weekend I left to go to my house. That night she confessed she was worried because she didn’t have those feelings for me yet. Asked me what we should do and I said either break up or take some time apart to reflect or be by ourselves. We agreed on taking a break. She said she wanted to discover if there were any feelings there.

Finally by Friday I asked if we should just break up for now because everything felt awkward in saying we were together still when we hadn’t really seen each other or talked about things and she agreed. I go out of town for the weekend with my kids and stop contacting her. I receive a text the next day saying ‘missing you’. We exchange texts for the rest of the night and the next day.

She tells me “when can i see you again?” and there are many wonderful people in her life and “I’m number one on that list”. It was confusing but I was like OK, lets get together the next night and go out to do something. Olive Garden, walking along the riverfront together, and going to the riverboat casino was what we ended up doing. At the end of the night, she kissed me a good kiss goodnight, then that seemed to be the end of the affectionate part from her for the rest of the week.

Until Friday, I hadn’t really heard much from her. She was preparing for a new job which started today and was concentrated on that. I had to bartend Friday but turned my phone off. Not feeling well and went home and passed out. The next day I turn my phone on and there were several texts from her asking me to text her, please. So I try to talk to her Saturday and it was limited from her end. So I gave up. I decided to give it a break, but I had to ask questions before I did.

I asked her if she had any feelings for me and she said, idk, sometimes I just want you to hold me in your arms and then other times I don’t think about it. I asked why she texted me so much the night before.. no response. Then I asked if she doesn’t hear from me does it bother her, and she said truthfully i have only been concentrating on starting this new job. (She got the job on Monday, the day of our date, btw.) I tell her a few things that I felt, and then dropped it. I felt at this point is useless to extend what was on my mind because it felt she wasn’t hearing it as I intended.

So yesterday, Father’s Day, she sends me a txt saying Happy Father’s day. I just sent back thanks.. and turn my phone off. I really just didn’t want to talk to her, even though I do, but I know it’s best for me right now to not do so.

She sends me a few more texts during the day and one right before bed saying “I guess you don’t want to talk to me anymore. I’m so sorry Kris. Good nite and take care.” I receive all of these when I turn my phone back on.

My question is, am I doing the right thing? Really stepping out of this and not contacting her anymore? I’m sure I have feelings for her or this wouldn’t bother me so much. What do you think the future holds for this?

THERE IS A PROPERTY OWNER WHO KEEPS ATTEMPTING TO SUE ME AND ANYONE WHO LOOKS AT HIM. HIS NAME IS LONNIE SNELLING…JUST GOOGLE HIM AND CHECK OUT SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT HE HAS SUED…JUDGES, SCHOOLS, PARKS, THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, STATE OF MISSOURI.MANY MANY MORE.

THERE WAS AN ARTICLE WROTE ABOUT MR. SNELLING IN THE RIVERFRONT TIMES LABELING HIM AS A “SUIT MONGER”, HE IS NOW SUING THE RFT AND THE AUTHOR OF THE ARTICLE.

I HAD A QUADRIPLEGIC GRANDSON {WHO IS NOW DECEASED} WHO MR SNELLING ACCUSED OF BREAKING WINDOWS OUT OF HIS PROPERTY WHICH HAS BEEN VACANT FOR 13 YEARS. HE IS TRYING TO SUE ME FOR MY HOME.

MY GRANDSON WAS SHOT AND PARALYZED IN 2001, HE PASSED AWAY IN 2007. I WAS LITERALLY LIVING AT THE HOSPITAL AT HIS SIDE WHEN THESE LAWSUITS WERE BEING FILED. WHEN I REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON, I IMMEDIATELY STARTED RESPONDING, HAVING TO LEAVE MY GRANDSON TO GO BACK AND FORTH TO COURT WITH JESUS AS MY ATTORNEY! I AM ON A FIXED INCOME. MR. SNELLING KEEPS ON LOSING THIS CASE. IT IS NOW THE YEAR 2009, {9 YEARS} I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER IN THE MAIL & I AM BEING SUED BY MR. SNELLING AGAIN.
MY QUESTION IS….DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS OR CAN I GET A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST A PERSON WHO KEEPS ATTEMPTING TO SUE ME…PRETTY MUCH OVER AGAIN FOR THE SAME THING AND KEEPS LOSING?
Thank you everyone. I will contact legal services tomorrow to see if they can help me. Also, during court, this guy tells the judge to wait a minute while he answers his cell phone. I am not worried about using his name, I am not lying on him. Public record…Mariano Favazza, click civil and type in his name…omg, there are hundreds of cases that he has filed. I think people pay him to go away.

Resolved Question: I fought a flood by sandbagging. Can I use this fact to get women?
I had a professional photographer take pictures of me while I was filling the sandbags at the FargoDome, and I also had my photographer take pictures of me placing sandbags in riverfront homes as well as kissing flood babies on the forehead.

Do I show these pictures during our first date? Perhaps at dinner? Or do I wait until our 3rd date, to try to seal the deal?
