Open Question: What’s a good dinner for 6 people in a log cabin?
My husband and I are staying with a family of four (which includes two children under 6) for a fall cabin weekend. We are responsible for two dinners. The other wife is making chili then the leftovers will be used for spaghetti the next night. We thought foil packs with ground beef, onions, potatoes, and veggies would be a fun “camping” type meal.
We still have to think of one more meal. I want it to be something the kids will like too. Maybe hearty, comfort type foods or even casseroles. Any suggestions?
