Open Question: Where To Insure Engagement Ring?
Hey folks,

I prefer to have a separate insurance policy for the Engagement Ring, rather than put it on my Home Owners (so that I don’t have to be hesitant from making a claim and having it affect my home owners). State Farm offers them for good price, but they don’t write any new business in Massachusetts (which is where I am from). I tried Jeweler’s Mutual, but they were pretty expensive.

Does anyone know of any other insurance companies that offer a separate policy for items like jewelery?

Open Question: was this break-up my fault?
right then here’s the deal. me and my girlfriend were together for a year. in that year we got along great. i took her on day trips to farms and exhibition centres (places that she loves). on camping holidays and cultural holidays, music festivals, cinema, meals, nights out on the town, i drove her to uni when i wasn’t at work, drove her all over the place. when she broke her leg i stayed by her bedside all the time visiting hours allowed and when she got out i waited on her hand and foot. carried her stuff around, collected things for her, did her shopping and if we were out somewhere and her leg was hurting we went home even if i was loving it. i bought her flowers, wrote her notes and letters and laid rose petals out on the bed sometimes for her and always told her how much i loved her and she told me the same. things were fantastic. when we had sex it was great. she always came multiple times during each session. we tried out new positions, role plays, dressing up…everything. last week she dumped me out of the blue claiming she wanted her freedom back and that i didn’t show her enough affection. this was on thursday. on friday night when i walked past her house i saw her kissing a new guy. she claimed it was a ‘today thing’ and not what it looked like. but then a friend of mine (who knows the guy she was kissing) told me he had said he had met a girl two weeks earlier, they had been texting loads, flirting loads and were going out on a date on friday night and were seeing each other and that she had tried to hide the fact that she had a boyfriend. when me and her got together initially she was still with her ex and tried to convince me she didn’t have a boyfriend aswell. another friend of mine knows one of her ex’s and e-mailed him asking what happend when they split up. he said she had been seeing someone behind his back. so what the hells wrong with this woman? did i not treat her well enough or is she just gonna keep doing the same thing to every guy she meets? do i sound like a good boyfriend for all the stuff i did for her because i’m starting to wonder what the hell i’m doing wrong?
well she let me stay at her house quite a lot and cooked good food. not much more really!
