Resolved Question: Best place to live in Australia? And medical licences in Aus?
I’m looking to move to Australia and have no idea where the best place for me would be.
I’m looking for a coastal place with really nice weather - dry, hot summers and mild winters preferably. A city or a large town would be best - not somewhere really busy, like London or New York, but somewhere with a fair amount of people and job opportunities. A good amount of shops would be great, too. A moderate cost of living/real estate is a must, and somewhere where you can travel to other cities/states/towns etc. easily and won’t be a long drive/flight would be nice. Somewhere safe, obviously, and animal friendly if possible. I don’t have or plan on having children so schools and the like don’t matter. I’d prefer not to commute.

Also, if you have a medical licence in the UK (completed the undergrad degree and foundation years one and two), what do you have to do to practice/continue learning medicine in Australia?

Let’s put it this way, I have to choose one of these majors and I want a major that is fairly common and will give me a good variety of job options after college. I am pretty open to anything (except for chemistry related majors and heavy medically related majors), so are there any majors on this list that you could say are common or even better will give me a good variety of job options after school?
